Is it really free?
Yes! Kannelle Café is a fully free volunteer service for organizations. Donations (coffee machines, beans, cups, milk, supplies) are welcome but never required.
Who can book a coffee moment?
Any organization, office, nonprofit or community group. One reservation per date — first come, first served.
How can I donate?
We happily accept coffee machines, beans and ground coffee, cups, milk options and supplies. Mention it in the reservation form or write to us via the contact page.
What happens after my request?
Your request is saved immediately and you receive a confirmation email. A volunteer then contacts you to confirm the details.
Do you handle allergies and preferences?
Yes. Tell us about allergies and milk preferences (regular, oat, almond, lactose-free or no milk) in the form and we adapt.
